I’m sooooo excited about this set! The base cards were so much fun to organize and then paint. Leg Day Cards has created series 5 of Kitty Eerie for this set, and that cat is totally getting into it.

Artists have been doing just outstanding sketch cards for this set! Previews will be shown in the mailing list shortly and they’ll be in the update section of the Kickstarter as well. Over 30 artists were invited and about half of them have already sent their cards back! The list includes:

PiP Episode 90 – Gary Gerani

Gary Gerani is a professional screenwriter/non-fiction writer and film historian. He is best known for creating and co-authoring the screenplay for Stan Winston’s Pumpkinhead, a cult horror film that has spawned three sequels and a planned reboot. Gerani also scripted Showtime’s adaptation of the popular Vampirella comic book in 1996, and created/produced a TV pilot in 2017 called Convention. He also has 35 years experience creating and developing countless products for the youth market. He worked on staff at Topps for three decades, before providing similar services for Upper Deck, Rittenhouse Archives, and various related companies. Other creations include a series of trade paperbacks about the film industry beginning with the groundbreaking Fantastic Television in 1977, several graphic novels, and a new, feature-length documentary scheduled for release in 2020. Gerani has won a number of awards over the years, including honors from the Society of Illustrators, the Academy of Science Fiction and Horror Films, and various other organizations.

Nosferatu – Original Card Art

NINE original paintings (2.5×3.5) created for the Nosferatu series 3 trading card set! Releasing in October, the set is produced by RRParksCards, Leg Day Cards, Long Dog Cards, RJF Image/Design, and Attic Cards. All 9 cards are painted on official Nosferatu card stock and will be signed on the back by me, Ingrid Hardy. If you wish to purchase more than 1 card, contact me and we will make a price!

Nearly 100 years ago, F.W. Murnau released his epic masterpiece, Nosfertu.  Initially ordered to be destroyed, a few copies were salvaged and the film was released seven years later in the United States to great acclaim.  Based on Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the film follows the exploits of Thomas Hutter who is assigned to assist Count Orlok in the purchase a new home.  This simple task is far more than it seems when Hutter discovers that the Count is no mere mortal.
